Terms and Conditions of Event Clothing

Payments

The Vibrant Colour Group Clothing store accepts credit and debit card payments for amounts under £50, and bank transfer/cheque for orders over this.

The clothing store is run independently from the event you are ordering items for, so please ensure you pay us using our own details, rather than the main event fee account.

Timescale

All clothing items are manufactured to order, so despatch may take a few weeks depending on the lead-up to the event.

We run regular production batches but some items may take longer than others, dependent on stock availability.

Our aim is that all orders will be despatched two weeks ahead of the event.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, or courier (usually Yodel or DHL). If you have booked a Royal Mail service, we reserve the right to upgrade your delivery to a courier at no extra cost.

You will get notification of despatch and/or tracking when your items are packed and ready to leave. If your parcel has not arrived within four working days of this point please contact us and we can open an investigation with the respective courier.

We cannot currently deliver outside of the UK, so if you are an international group, we will make arrangements with your event for the goods to be collected on site.

Discrepancies

We do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered exactly but we are only human, and mistakes do occur.

Please check your items against your order upon receipt to ensure everything is as expected.

You must contact us within seven days of receipt, detailing any garments missing/incorrect items received and we will rectify as soon as possible.

Returns

Items must be in a brand new, unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for return.

You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to be able to arrange a return. From that point, you then have 14 days to get the items back to us.

If there is a fault with your item, or it is not the size ordered, we will send you a postage label for its return.

 If it is no longer required, or does not fit, you must return it at your own cost. We can then arrange an alternative size to be sent, or a refund.
